Cab Axon 2 Tube Print & Apply

The Cab AXON 2 label print and apply system is specifically designed for the pharmaceutical industry to label microtubes, tubes, and vials requiring serialization.

The AXON 2 offers a choice of 300dpi or 600dpi printheads for 2D barcodes and fine graphical details. It integrates seamlessly into a manual workstation, allowing operators to place tubes or vials into the labelling head and initiate the cycle using a foot or hand pedal. The system can handle microtubes with diameters from 10mm to 20mm.

After labelling, tubes can be manually removed or automatically ejected into a tray, all controlled via a full-colour touch-sensitive display. The AXON 2 integrates with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and complies with FDA 21 CFR Part 11. As a Nicelabel partner, Labfax offers the full suite of Nicelabel software products for reliable labelling.
